Expert systemtechnik gmbh designs, develops and produces fully automatic 2D cutting systems in the fields: waterjet cutting + CNC cutting technology. Since 1994, the company`s goal has been to improve processes and workflows across industries by combining reliable mechanical engineering, application-oriented software solutions and the solution-oriented use of new technologies.
We are a machine builder with an integrated system house. With a passion for new technologies, we support manufacturing companies in cutting flexible materials.
Standard and special machine construction for cutting with waterjet or CNC technology in-house is carried out by assembling high-quality finished parts from local suppliers.
As an independent solution provider for innovative, fully automatic 2D cutting systems, the family-owned company from the heart of the German mechanical engineering region cooperates with companies worldwide and acts as an impulse generator and sparring partner for technical problems.
Expert Systemtechnik combines standard/special mechanical engineering with its own software development and is increasingly developing into a service provider for digitalisation processes.
Our customers are suppliers from the automotive, aerospace and railway sectors, upholstered furniture manufacturers, processors of leather, all kinds of foam, but also all kinds of technical textiles & composites, rubber, composite materials and many other flexible materials.
